If you receive a product that is materially flawed or defective, please initiate a claim by emailing us at [email protected] and attaching a photograph of the defective item. We will promptly assess your claim and provide a replacement if deemed necessary.

Returns for Other Reasons: If dissatisfaction arises for reasons other than a material flaw, please reach out to our customer service team. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues and finding the optimal solution. However, certain conditions may restrict returns or refunds, such as coupon code usage, selection errors in size, color, or item type, or if the order was placed more than 2 days ago.

Order Modification or Cancellation: You have a 12-hour window post-order placement to request modifications or cancellation. After this period, your order may already be in production and therefore cannot be altered.

Order Not Received: If your item has not arrived within 25 days for watches or 45 days for accessories from the order date, please reach out through our Contact Us page. We will either dispatch a free replacement order or issue a full refund, excluding errors in shipping information provided by customers.

Returns Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed for the original item price, excluding shipping costs. Processing time for refunds typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days once approved. Note that a $3 resizing fee may apply when switching between size groups.
